The three residential buildings are located nearby the center of the tourist resort Baska Voda, just a short walk from the beach, marina, and promenade.

The imperative was to exploit the key terrain specific, sloping terrain facing southwest, and ensure that each of the 26 apartments has a sea view. Each apartment has a large terrace overlooking the sea and islands, providing enough sunlight and shade inside, yet ensuring silence and privacy of the residential area.

Gardens and access to the main entrance are made of natural concrete, while buildings are designed as simple, white volumes with large openings. Each building has outdoor parking and underground garage parking spaces.
