The project is a reconstruction of a small old stone house in the mountain Biokovo, above a small tourist town Brela. The investor’s wish was to keep the old house and use both traditional and modern materials to build a new part of the house.

All parts of the house have an attractive view and especially the roof terrace with 360 views of the sea, islands, and mountain.

The house is equipped with advanced technological systems. A lot of love, work, and time went into building the house, but also growing gardens, vineyards, olive groves, and vegetable gardens around the house.
