A stone house in the old village Simici is located in the mountain Biokovo, above a small tourist town Tucepi. The investor’s wish was to use both traditional and modern materials to build a
new house in the rural enviroment.

All parts of the house have an attractive view and especially the top floor terrace with 360 views of the sea, islands, and mountain.

Although the house has some traditional elements, like pitched roof, stone facade, dry stone walls on the terrain – which was conditioned by local conservation regulations – the house is equipped with advanced technological systems.
